As part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office in the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo my goal is to promote U.S. food and agriculture in Japan and myfood allows us to reach out to Japanese consumers to share information about American food culture, regional cuisine, trends and the diverse agricultural practices of one the most abundant and sustainable agricultural economies in the world.
